After may presences in the old graffiti scene, he moved in the direction of street art and graphic; his paintings, illustrations and artworks are deeply linked with tipography-calligraphy letters and figures only nature can create.

A thing Biokip is really proud of, the Biokip tag logo is created by Bean,  who has been busy in a solo show in the Biokip Gallery, “Breathe”, while he also realized graphics for Biokip’s limited edition clothing collections.

Bernard Graf

Posted on 02 September 2010

Bernard Graf is an austrian photographer who lives and works dividing himself between Austria and Barcelona, where he goes in for black and white analogic photography.

Arm in arm with his old Canon, Bernard’s like a hunter walking the roads of Barcelona looking for a prey: his favourites ones are streets, crossroads, squares and everyone passing by, so Bernard captures instants, moments hidden in the urban labyrinth.

Bernard’s portraits are evocative images, little stories encloded in just a second of life; very often is the people who gives him inspiration, so he has only to wait the right moment to shoot.

Recently, some photos taken from his “Recorreguts Gotico” art-show were published by the newspaper “La Vanguardia, while Bernard participated in the Biokip Gallery’s “Nothing To Lose” collective art-show.

Biokip Gallery’s “The Suspicion” (March 2007)

Posted on 29 August 2010

The Biokip Gallery opens its doors from the 10-02 to the 28-02-2007 to host the works of the Biokip’s artists team in a collective expo that concerns and portrays Suspicion’s figure, a more and more constant part in our daily life.

We live in the Suspicion era, where doubting of everybody seems to be the new dogma, the first move in every relation to the outside; this un-opening is a sort of defence?
Legitimate this Suspicion or is it a little evil growing inside us? Probably this doubt will always be unsolved.

Anyway, Suspicion’s shadow is coming with us step after step and so the target of the Biokip team now is to discover by where and how far he’s going to lead us.

Only one main character divided among the many artists trying to understand him.
Two rooms dedicated to this suspect Suspicion.
Artworks by Fede Cruz, Ufo 5, Interno 55, Ryan Spring Dooley, Silva Ramacci, Luis Armis and Jeanne Tunberg, sound effects by Tranz Lasagne and videos by Alessandra Caccia and Francesca Grilli.

Sztuka Fabryka is a belgian artistic collective active world wide since 1986.
During the years, the collective organized several international art events and did also artistic experiments within various communication networks.

In 2009 Sztuka Fabryka moved from Belgium to Spain and, from that moment on, dedicated its time to its own art, developing more and more projects and ideas. The collective finds inspiration in all the artistic movements, such as preromanic architecture, baroc art, neogothic architecture, industrial art, graphic and conceptual art just to mention some.

The collective’s art is based on a few paradigms, which are also the guidelines and theory in its creations; Sztuka Fabryka’s most important part in its artistic approach is the exploration of its creativity, the artpiece is always the result of a deep research.

Sztuka Fabryka participated in Biokip Gallery’s “Nothing To Lose” collective art-show.

(b)ananartista

Posted on 28 August 2010

(b)ananartista is an unconventional and painter, musician, performer, poet, pataphysician and video artist who lives and works in Milan.

For years (b) collaborated with the artistic collective named Famiglia Margini, he’s member of the idol-band Pokopony (together with Tomoko Nagao) and he has exhibited his works, played his music and declaimed his lyrics in several spots in the city of Milan, but not only.

(b)ananartista’s uncontrollable creativity can have different shapes, words, images, sounds, even gestures, the sure thing’s that they’re all characterized by deep meanings, which are very often well hidden behind an unusual, absurd and unexpected approach to art. Normality is a concept that escapes (b)ananartista, and maybe it’s also one of his greatest strong points.

For Biokip Records and Events (b) realized many videos and performances, and he also participated in the Biokip Gallery’s collective art-shows “Goodness”, “Shadows” and “Zoccoletti e Zoccolette”.
